Our pain began the day we lost our identity in our own home. The day they called us strangers. The day they drowned our song in running water. The day they chained the dancer in Grandmother's garden in black and called tears the price of survival. The day a generation chose darkness and my country's crown became a guest in a glass prison. O king, take my cold, trembling hands. Warm them. I am full of fear and pain and cries. Have mercy. King of kings, hope of my country, come back to this ruined home. Come back. Breathe honor and humanity into my lifeless body, so that I can call myself Iranian without hesitation, so that I can be myself. #پاینده_ایران #جاویدشاه @PahlaviReza Member of the #کافه_روشنگری editorial board
