A thought for friends who want to write: make friends with your pen. Let yourself go when you write. Do not worry about sounding grand or literary. Put down what comes from your heart. You can edit it later if you need to. I began writing two years ago. From the start, I wrote for myself. As luck would have it, my heart was in step with a great, patriotic people, and my words reached them. You might call it boldness. I would say close your eyes and begin. After I started writing, I thought about recording my voice and making a podcast. I searched YouTube a little and got to work, without waiting until I knew all the professional rules. I did the same with editing, videos, clips, and music. I took no courses in any of them. To me, that shows what we can do when we give ourselves room to try and let the heart take part. We may create something that lasts. I am glad I found my way to serve my country. I believe each of you can find a way that suits your talents and abilities, too. May you thrive and succeed.
