Have you ever watched the Olympic torch? How much it resembles our revolution and our road to freedom. The flame never goes out, not because it has an endless supply of fuel, but because its bearers keep it alive. Hand to hand, step by step, it travels around the world until it reaches its destination. Everyone has a part to play. Each bearer thinks about carrying the torch through their own stretch, not about who will take it across the finish line. The first bearer and the last have an equal share in the achievement, and equal reason to be proud. All of them know they must do this together. No one can travel the whole road alone. Whether their stretch is easy or hard, they carry a hopeful smile, because they believe the torch will reach its destination and light the Olympic flame of freedom. My fellow Iranian, a piece of my heart: You and I are the torchbearers of this national revolution. Each of us matters. Each has a part to play. You and I will keep our revolution's flame from going out. You and I must carry that torch to victory and freedom for our Iran. You and I are the ones who call this land Iran. The land of kings. The land of fire. Long live Iran. #جاویدشاه
