I wish I did not need a pen and my hands to say what is in my heart.
I wish I could speak these feelings aloud, shout them, and be heard.
I wish I did not have to hide behind a mask, or behind my writing, because I love my country and support the Shah.
I wish being human and honorable did not put my life, my family, and my friends at risk.
I wish I could simply be myself.
I hope for a day when all of us can be our true Iranian selves.
@PahlaviReza is the only one who will bring me back to myself.
